CAP AND GOWN RENTAL
MAY 7 - MAY 17
May 7 - May 10: 8am - 6pm
May 11: 8am - 5pm
May 12: 11am - 3pm
May 14 - May 17: 8am - 6pm
BACHELOR RENTAL SET - $60.00includes cap, gown and tassle
MASTER RENTAL SET - $75.00includes cap, gown, tassel and hood
DOCTORAL RENTAL SET - $75.00 (rental dates & procedures are different, TBD)

- Check-in with your SF State ID at the Student Center Lobby.
- After check-in, proceed to the cashiers inside your SFSU Bookstore for payment of rental.
- After payment, proceed to our Textbook Deparment with your SF State ID and receipt for cap and gown pick-up.
- 5 tickets per graduate issued at time of rental
- You may sign-up for up to 3 more extra tickets on first come first served basis
- Graduates keep cap and tassel
- Gown and hood returned after the ceremony by 5pm
- $3 late fee added per day if gown and hood are not returned, starting May 24
The absolute last day to rent your cap and gown is May 17. You may order by phone if you cannot come in person by calling our SFSU Bookstore Business Office at 415-338-2023. There is a $3.95 service charge.Check graduation status: Undergraduates: Call Admissions Office, (415) 338-1634.
