DOCTORAL RENTAL SET - $75.00
includes cap, gown, tassel and hood

- Where: SFSU Bookstore's Business Office, Cesar Chavez Student Center Room M-113C
- When: March 5 to April 13, 9am to 5pm
- Your measurements will be taken at time of rental, and payment is due at the same time
- The absolute last day to rent your Doctoral Set is April 13, at 5pm

- Pick-up of your Doctoral Set is also at your SFSU Bookstore's Business Office
- When: May 7 to May 17, 9am to 5pm
- Please bring your original receipt and SF State ID for verification

- 5 tickets are available for the SF State Main Commencement Ceremony on May 19 (please let us know during pick-up if you need them)
- Graduates keep cap and tassel
- Gown and hood returned after the ceremony by 5pm
- $3 late fee added per day if gown and hood are not returned, starting May 24

Purchase your Doctoral Regalia Set at your SFSU Bookstore
- Dates: only on March 7-8, and March 28-29
- Time: 11am to 3pm

Our representative from Herff Jones will be at your SFSU Bookstore on those days for Ed.D. students to purchase their doctoral regalia. Not sure whether to purchase or not? We highly suggest that students at least come and get information on March 7-8, so that you can come back on March 28-29 if you do decide to purchase your doctoral regalia.
